Added viewport setting to make the game display more stable when using auto zoom.
@Qtip Delayed CD startup change is approved and active now, thanks
@SiO2y @mothra Variants are available now, game entry is published
@mothra Humans 3 was marked as unpublished earlier because there were no variant for it then. There is a redump variant now, and I've just marked the game as published
Redump Versions (No-Intro Naming, Cue & Bin & per Audio Track .bin) Files are ALL "god thanks" still for EVERYONE avaliable/findable! Through a forum link from 2015.
Now everything is okay!
Auto-Select I know, but at least 2 different Versions per game is better to have. The Problem with Xenon is none of the 3 Variants were supported (SHA, CRC) and i still don't find the right one (Trurip Version)
The Launcher (and Arcade) should only auto-select the highest-rated variant that you have. If not please file a bug report!
Also, if the database games setting is not changed from the default, the Launcher/Arcade will only show you games where you have at least one variant!
Thank you!
No, i was very angry! Trying 3 variants of different formats for Xenon 2 CDTV for example ...non worked.
To answer your question: Cause the implementation happend AFTER the official Project Sites are down or other sites like 'UG' are gone, were the images 100% were. 2014 no problem!
There are other peoples also which start FSUAE with no files at all.
Done
@mothra Of course they'll stay And when/if the TOSEC set is updated with new CDs, I'll add those as well.
I don't see the problem with having added the Redump variants to the database. Regardless of you having them or not, the variants can be useful to other people.
The Redump variants DO NOT replace other variants or prevent other variants from being added, so I don't really see how it is negative for you that information about them exist in the database!
@Frode
Hopefully the TOSEC Variants stay! The TOSEC Versions are no Problem to get for everyone! I have completed them!
But: It's a difference between TOSEC, TRURIP and REDUMP. This are different Projects!
Now searching for hours for Images on the well known FTP and Search Engines...
REdump Official Site: Not Found
The requested URL /discs/system/cd32/dumper/haynor666/ was not found on this server.
This are the NEW Images/Variants we get now...?! AFTER the official Side and downloads are dead.
I'm sorry I'm a litte angry...
I do NOT expect download hints, but the variants should be reachable for everybody easy. (without for example: Torrent Tracker with registrations and Usenet Accounts/ alt.bin you know).
@mothra @thevoice What has happened is that the older TOSEC CUE+ISO variants have been replaced with new TOSEC ISO variants with cue sheet added to the variant itself (so the .cue file is not needed, the user must only have the .iso).
So you just tried this game at a "bad time", before the new variant had been connected to this game entry
(The old TOSEC CD variants has been marked as disabled and will no longer show up in the Launcher, etc)
Thank you!
I'm currently updating my CD32 Tosec collection!
And meanwhile, before completing them ... the currently working variants are on the "vacation"!
I started from Z to A... :O)
The 2nd entry for the redump variant should have the info that the version is the one with world cup teams.
@mothra : nah not gone just the parent uuuid took a little vacation. its back now
TOSEC Game Variant gone?
@SiO2y I haven't imported any variants for this game yet, so it cannot be published right now!
The CD needs to be inserted after the CD32 has booted in order to work.
FAQ: This game entry is disabled due to being an unofficial compilation which is not very interesting for the online game database.

@Enzo, no, es and nl!
Added cdrom_drive_0_delay = 1 to make F17 Challenge work (CD will be inserted after CD32 menu is shown). Requires FS-UAE 2.7.10dev+.
Added cdrom_drive_0_delay = 1 to make the game work without fast memory added (CD will be inserted after CD32 menu is shown). Requires FS-UAE 2.7.10dev+.
screens borrowed from aga entries of pinball fantasies and sleepwalker
@Enzo, Redump and GameBase variants added!
FAQ: Tower Assault does not boot correctly if the disc is in the drive at startup. It needs to be inserted after the boot screen appears. This is automatically handled by FS-UAE Launcher/Arcade when used with openretro.org.
@thevoice that might explain the cause, your cd drive might not be able to read burned CDs or have problems with it. I remember the early CD drives having issues with that back then.
@tomse: nope never tried a "modern" ide drive . i never opened the case of the amiga again since the day i plugged the fastlane. since then the amiga just works for about 20 years now \o/.
@thevoice thats a shame, if you have a A4000D, have you tried plugging a drive into the IDE port? or have you tried writing at 2x speed?
@tomse: yea it works fine for me also now in fs-uae. while on my real a4000 the toshiba 4x scsi cd drive is to blame. actually that one is almost aged 20 now and can't read any recorded cd's anymore somehow it doesn't like blank cd's of the modern times no matter what brand i tried, and can't read cdrw at all.
I've just tested the game in a CD32, and it works without problems. It also works perfectly in FS-UAE/GameCenter. @thevoice My guess is that you didn't burn the CD properly when you tested it in an A4000 or A1200.
@amigafreak68k Fixed, and added floppy version here
Merde!! @FrodeSolheim please can you remove my Disc scans from the database? I thought this was the floppy version... Can you add the Floppy version of the game please?
@Enzo, The disc for this game is not in TOSEC, but I will soon add more CDs from other sources (Redump, GameBase CD32/CDTV, etc).
I was talking about Lamborghini cd32.
@Enzo Pinball Prelude (Amiga) has been added to the database (that was what you asked for?)
You may insert it into the database? Thanks.
Thanx!
@BitmapBrother Great HQ cover
Language: ca for castellano, ne for nederland.Right?
TODO: full game is available here: http://www.wyrmkeep.com/downloads.html
Original screenshots by enzo, recropped for consistency.
Incredible new record.
All good, just needed to crop away a 2x border on the bottom of screenshot 4
The screen 4 is multiball. And the title screen?
The title screen is one of the 3 pinball, I choice "PRESENT" because there's my record!
When a game is fun and I like to go forward in the levels, look Pinball Prelude!
@enzo: Some nice progress going on for screenshots for CD32 games
I'd say we should also move the other CD32 WHDLoad variants to the appropiate CD32 entries...
Moved the Amiga "WHDLoad, v1.1, CD32" entry under Ultimate Body Blows (CD32), as there's no Ultimate Body Blows (Amiga) entry.
I have a strange behaviour in Launcher at the moment.
The config is showing with no name (The line is blank), while in the list of 'Games & Configurations' displays "UltimateBodyBlows Amiga - WHDLoad - v1.1 - CD32" (The title has no spaces & WHD Load isn't normally displayed there).
The variations list looks fine, but there's no WHD variation listed in here which is unusual. Lastly, the cover isn't pulling through to Launcher.
The amiga cd version is m3 en-de-it, worked in FS-UAE.
Yes is the same version.
I'll ask Frode to insert it later Where have you got your version from? I got mine from the EAB file server: Sixth Sense Investigations (1998)(Epic).7z
Great adventure. The first time I started the game I set the configuration to the maximum, CHIP-SLOW-FAST RAM, worked. There is the possibility to insert it into the database?
More information about the configuration: http://eab.abime.net/showthread.php?t=22034
I found this only worked properly if you set accuracy to 'Least Accurate'. The game seems to run fine on 'Most Accurate' and 'Less Accurate' at first, but if you get past the first race on Lotus 1 then you get horrendous graphical glitches that render the game almost unplayable.
See this thread for information about the stuttering intro: http://eab.abime.net/showthread.php?t=51242. Problem is fixed (or at least dodged) by using the CD32/FMV model.
And the number 4?
I got the game working by adding 2 MB fast memory. The same 'trick' works in WinUAE to make it work (won't run without 2 MB fast there either).
I got another version from here (http://www.mmnt.net/db/0/0/easyjohn.dyndns.info/Amiga/CD%20images/Amiga%20CD32/Homebrew/Compilations) and the same is not recognized.
Frode might add the version from the file server later. The CD iamges are matched by a checksum, not by the name, so renaming them doesn't work
I downloaded the version from EAB server, renamed but is not recognized in the database.
As for the other compilation I tried to put screenshots of games that are not in the database.
Screenshot #5 is also by antonvaltaz (clicked the wrong button, sorry ) Thank you for the contribution Please also rate the variant you used.
Actually it's an Amiga CD version which is CD32 compatible. Same for Cedric and the Lost Ceptre. @Frode: Maybe you should add an Amiga CD platform section next to CDTV.
Should be renamend to "Erben der Erde". There is no English Amiga verson. Inherit the Earth, the English version, though was released for the PC.
All screenshots made by Enzo. I only removed some black from the top (and don't tell me there's text sometimes )
@Enzo: You could test the latest WinUAE Beta. Maybe Donk works better there for now.
http://eab.abime.net/showpost.php?p=875197&postcount=104
For the moment I'm having fun with the great music of the title.
Toni did a lot of improvements/changes for CD32 games in the last few month. Actually something yesterday. Maybe we have to wait for a WinUAE Core Update in FS-UAE.
Yep, it still hangs randomly... let Frode have a look.
Nothing to do stuck on written "Let's go!.
Ok download and try if it works.
You can find it on the EAB file server: http://eab.abime.net/showthread.php?t=43633 Check the folder 'Commodore_Amiga/CD/CD32' and there the archive is 'Donk! The Samurai Duck (CD32) (TOSEC Recreation).rar'. Fingers crossed it works
P.S.: Now it worked two more times, still a bit strange that it hang so often.
I have taken from a site, I do not know if I can put the link but that is not the version. This is "Donk! The Samurai Duck! (1993)(Supervision)[!]".Can you tell me where to find it?
I'm using the 'TOSEC recreation' by MethodGit and it worked once out of three tries now... I'd like Frode to have a look too. Something is strange about this one.
I found a new version of the game always crashes.
TODO: More variety on the screenshots.
TODO: More variety on the screenshots.
Correct title screen can be seen on HOL. Thank you Enzo
I'll have a look tomorrow if noone beats me to it.
@enzo, screen5 was scaled, the others were fine
Has anyone tried this game? My version is blocked in most parts of the game menu and I just can not play.I tried many configuration but should not be.
Weird language choice selector indeed. I'll put that in game_notice!
@FrodeSolheim: There is French and German text on the ISO image indeed Just... I have no idea how to select it Will ask on EAB for help. -> http://eab.abime.net/showthread.php?p=874696#post874696 (F10 changes the message language).
Screenshots 2-5 by Enzo, I just cropped a bit off the top
This is the right title screen.
Glad to hear it works with the CD32 version too
Used the viewport TheCyberDruid set for the Amiga version of this game, as it was having the same issues on the title screen. Thank's again @TCD
There is a status display above the normal play area (as seen on HOL). Viewport needs to be corrected and screenshots need to be remade then.
Excellent
Thanks, makes sense now that I see (DE)(en) .
Source: http://eab.abime.net/showthread.php?t=28596
The (DE) version is a censored English version...
Yes, TOSEC collects EVERYTHING. Not my cup to tea. Anyway, an extra section for unoffical compilations or custom build versions (there are e.g. some unoffical CDTV versions for Another World or Monkey Island) sound good enough for me.
