@thevoice that might explain the cause, your cd drive might not be able to read burned CDs or have problems with it. I remember the early CD drives having issues with that back then.
@tomse: nope never tried a "modern" ide drive . i never opened the case of the amiga again since the day i plugged the fastlane. since then the amiga just works for about 20 years now \o/.
@tomse: yea it works fine for me also now in fs-uae. while on my real a4000 the toshiba 4x scsi cd drive is to blame. actually that one is almost aged 20 now and can't read any recorded cd's anymore
somehow it doesn't like blank cd's of the modern times no matter what brand i tried, and can't read cdrw at all.
I've just tested the game in a CD32, and it works without problems. It also works perfectly in FS-UAE/GameCenter.
@thevoice My guess is that you didn't burn the CD properly when you tested it in an A4000 or A1200.
Weird, when I started it a while ago, it simply reset a couple of seconds after selecting the entry. It tried several times - every time with a reset occurring. Finally, it worked, and now I can't get it to reset. Removed the flash memory from the state dir to try with a blank state, but it always works now..
how did you get it to work ? in fs-uae it jumps back to sselection screen after chosing wing commander. on real amigas the very same happens. maybe the game just hates me

TODO: Still need to decide whether to have "Dangerous Streets" and "Wing Commander" as separate games, but with the same CD, or whether to have compilations ("Dangerous Streets & Wing Commander") as separate entries. Having entries for both games will probably be more user-friendly, as the games will be directly discoverable by title.
either remove the wing commander entry, since it dont even work on real machines. tho i never managed to get it run either on my a1200 or my a4000. and i think someone else couldnt even run it on a real cd32

This CD32 CD is a compilation with both Dangerous Streets & Wing Commander. The variant should (probably) be duplicated under a new UUID, so it can be separately added to Dangerous Streets.

@thevoice thats a shame, if you have a A4000D, have you tried plugging a drive into the IDE port? or have you tried writing at 2x speed?

@thevoice Looks like several people have played and enjoyed this game (http://www.lemonamiga.com/?game_id=1355). Also, it runs fine under FS-UAE.
