I think this is the problem, i have seen the variants available and the first floppy is labeled as “Dungeon Master II – The Legend of Skullkeep v1.0 (1995)(Interplay)(M3)(Disk 1 of 6)[HD, 68020]”, but mine is “Dungeon Master II – The Legend Of Skullkeep (1994)(Interplay)(AGA)(M3)(Disk 1 of 6)[HD]” :S .
Does the launcher identify the floppies by their name or SHA1?

The name of your disks do not matter, only the contents 🙂 (identified by SHA-1 checksums)
