Stealth ATF (short for Advanced Tactical Fighter) is a combat flight simulator featuring the Lockheed F-117 Nighthawk stealth attack aircraft as the player's vehicle. The Nighthawk was revealed to the public in 1988, though the real vehicle's role in combat was to bomb ground targets rather than fight other aircraft, which is the goal of this game. Stealth ATF was exclusive to the NES.

The game is mission-based, with each subsequent mission being more difficult than the last and using a different ground texture for variation. Missions have players shooting down other jet fighters in dogfights, though players are also responsible for the take off and landing. Failing to land correctly negates the mission and the player must start over.
