Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon Super S: Zen'in Sanka!! Shuyaku Soudatsusen ("Pretty Soldier Sailor Moon Super S: Everyone Participates!! Contest for the Leading Role") is a Super Famicom fighting game featuring characters from Naoko Takeuchi's Sailor Moon manga and anime. Like its 1994 predecessor, Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon S: Juugai Rantou!? Shuyaku Soudatsusen, the game is a fighter in which the various Sailor Senshi fight among themselves to be crowned the "protagonist" of the series. Zen'in Sanka is based on the "Super S" season of the anime, the fourth overall.

As with Juugai Rantou, there is a single-player story mode which reduces the number of playable characters to just Sailors Mercury, Mars, Venus, Jupiter, Moon and Chibi-Moon. Sailors Pluto, Uranus and Neptune are unavailable in the story mode but can be selected in the standard versus mode, as can Sailor Saturn who was absent for Juugai Rantou.
