In-game graphics uses a cropped display (256x224) without setting Mega Drive registers accordingly, so there is a left and right black border. It could be cropped away using the viewport setting, but then parts of the title/menu screen would be cropped away as well.

This game has a competitive / simultaneous mode, updated the players field.
This is a game requiring 3-button mode according to segaretro.org. Configuration updated accordingly.
