Computer Nouryoku Kaiseki: Ultra Baken ("Computer Brainpower Anaylsis: Ultra Betting") is a horseracing game from Culture Brain that is specifically built to help players gamble on the real thing. The idea is to input the data of all the horses in an upcoming race and let the CPU determine who will be the most likely winner. The more precise the data that the player inputs about the horse, including its age, weight and past race history, the more accurate the result.

Ultra Baken follows the example of Super Baken Ou '95, released a few months prior. The game has significantly fewer simulation elements: the player does not raise horses themselves.
