At first glance, you would assume this is a Pipe Dream knock off. In a sense, it is, but in another, it's a whole different version. Think of comparing chess to 3D chess. What it has in common with the original Pipe Dream is that the goal is to let the water run through the pipes in the pattern that you make. Just like in Pipe Dream, the blocks disappear as the water goes through it so you cannot use those tiles again. The point is to simply travel the distance of tiles that is given below the round number.

The main difference however, is the fact that there are different levels of pipes which adds a whole new dimension to the game, actually three dimensions. By pressing select, you can cycle through the levels. You will see the valves and open pipes scattered across each area. The valves will go down a level and the open pipes will go up a level. The change in levels also kill a good amount of time. Whenever the water hits those level changers, it takes a few seconds before it will start on the new level as well.
