Super Real Mahjong PV Paradise: All-Star 4-Nin Uchi ("Four-Player Strike") is a mahjong game that is part of SETA Corporation's Super Real Mahjong series. It is a Super Famicom-exclusive version of the fifth game in the series, Super Real Mahjong PV, which was first released in Arcades in 1994. PV Paradise increases the number of heroines from three to nine and excises the majority of the softcore pornographic content from the Arcade game. The player competes with different trios taken from the stock of nine characters and tries to defeat them at mahjong. The three characters are depicted in the middle of the screen and will perform different expressions depending on the situation, such as contemplating their next turn or being angry/stunned at the player for calling mahjong.
