@sarka you need to have the correct adf files not some random adf files floating around the internet.
for amiga the database supports files usually from TOSEC or GAMEBASE AMIGA.
TODO: Consider how to improve this game's behavior by default, when the Left Alt key is not available for emulation.

@qupe75 I'm guessing you are using FS-UAE development version. In the latest versions, the Alt key (on Windows/Linux) is used as a modifier key - read more about it.
Many pinball games supports the shift keys as well, unfortunately, this does not, it seems.
The quick solution (for you) is to use F12+K to enable full keyboard emulation.

I have adf files for this game, but they are not recognized by the database in fs-uae. How do I add them?
easiest way to fix this is go into options and change left alt to ctrl for left flipper and keep right alt for right flipper

controls are off on this. Have tried to get to use my joypad but no go.
On keyboard can only get right paddle to work. Space Bar works fine
