Changed the box art as the one that was up I had never seen before, the one I replaced it with I think looks better and is also the one that was used in the UK for the full price release, budget release, and as part of a complication of games.

The "protection" key is information to the launcher that the version needs the user to do something to enter the game, typical values are Manual, Code Wheel or Code Sheet. The information can be used by the system to choose whether to prioritize IPF versions over ADF versions, for example. Since several IPF versions are copy protected, it is especially interesting to set protection = None for those without protection. For ADF versions, protection = None is worth specifying since most are cracked anyway -but for uncracked / copy protected ADF versions, this key should be specified.

Operation Stealth includes an annoying feature where text is spoken aloud. This a both a bit buggy and prevents you from progressing fast through dialog. Limit memory to 512 KB to prevent this feature (slow_memory = 0). For this to work, floppy_drive_count must be set to 1 (512 KB is not enough memory for more than one floppy drive for this game).
