Also changed disk labels to Game Disk and Data Disk.

Disabled a couple of data-disk-only variants and added a new IPF combination variant.

Either that or the lists of needed disks get the original program disk too (so for the ADF entry the main HeroQuest ADF and for the IPF entry the SPS release #127).
