WHDLoad, v2.3.1, NTSC added the required ntsc flag

640x375 ones are scaled in some way (some lines aren't doubled).

Seems like some lines on Enzo's screenshots are not doubled... I'll take some screenshots and compare them later.

I have screenshots for many years I only cut the edges blacks.
