I think it would be good to have a link to this entry from the games that included Apache later on, but indeed this is a standalone game that happened to be only sold as a bonus with other games Custom cover sounds good, but maybe a skilful artist can include the sticker...
Since the game is available on its own disk, I think it is better to treat this as a separate game, and create a custom cover for it. I think merging Apache somehow with other games will only add confusion (and likewise, using an Alien Breed cover here will also just add some confusion, though it is technically correct).
