Loriciels (or later Loriciel) is the publisher, the game is only published in french for european market.
I doubt that Myriad publish a french game by their own for US market.

It does indeed look like Loriciel is the publisher, all the scanned reviews on http://amr.abime.net/review_7195 mentions Loriciel.
