B-Wings is a shoot 'em up developed and published by Data East Corporation for the Arcade and Famicom platforms. B-Wings was only released on the Famicom in Japan but was released in both Japan and the US in the Arcades.

The Famicom version features numerous changes, both enhancing and removing what was capable with the Arcade version. One core mechanic in the Arcade version is being able to temporarily drop to ground-level once the player's ship had lost its power-up - which appear as wings on the ship - and this offers invulnerability to flying enemies. The Famicom version removes this aspect, but allows the player to temporarily shrink as a defense instead.
