Ganbare Goemon Kirakira Douchuu: Boku ga Dancer ni Natta Wake ("Do Your Best Goemon: The Glittering Journey: The Reason I Became a Dancer") is the fourth Super Famicom game in Konami's Ganbare Goemon franchise.

Impact, the giant attack robot from the second game who resembles Goemon, informs the four friends Goemon, Ebisumaru, Sasuke and Yae that he actually hails from a distant planet: Planet Impact. Recently, the planet was taken over by the green-haired galactic tyrant Maguamuge who sent his four henchmen to conquer the planet's four moons and establish force-fields to shield Planet Impact from invaders. The quartet agree to help, and each takes a different moon to liberate. Maguamuge doesn't take this lying down, and deploys various sports-themed villains to stop them.

The player can choose to play as the four characters in any order, each of which is based on a different moon. Each moon has different levels and environments: Goemon's is a desert moon, Ebisumaru's is a forest moon, Sasuke's is an ice moon and Yae's is an aquatic moon. As with the first two Ganbare Goemon games for the Super Famicom the levels are separated by town stages which have a depth of field to move around in and action stages which are purely 2D. Players can buy equipment and healing items in towns to make the action stages easier on themselves.
